This delicious beer is slightly hazy with golden amber hue and tight white bubbles. Aromas of mango and passionfruit dominate, delivering a refreshing summer smasher. The slight sweetness from post fermentation addition of the fruits balances the tart acid produced from the Lachancea yeast strain. Hops and specialty malts take a back seat, letting the tropical fruit expression and tart refreshment shine. The finish is slightly sweet but balanced by the acid, with a slight lingering tingle of bitterness that's just perfect. Alcohol typically adds body to a beer so NA beers can be a little thin. However the post fermentation addition of fruit has resulted in a beer with good medium body. So sit back, relax, and enjoy a cold one – it's time to take a vacation from the ordinary.
