Non Alcoholic Pinot Noir

The flavour profile of our non alcoholic pinot noirs depends on where it’s produced and the fermentation. However, more classic pinot noirs tend to showcase notes of cherries, vanilla and clove whilst brands from Drance, may be more earthier in under tones. While pinot noir is considered a smoother, lighter-bodied red, it's more acidic and has fewer tannins. As a result, this non-alcoholic red wine is easier to drink. 

A pinot noir is always best enjoyed chilled at 12.8 degrees celsius and served in a large, tulip-shaped wine glass to allow for the wine to aerate and aromas to develop. Don’t forget to sip yours with dark chocolate or your favourite meat casserole.
