Halal Wine

Some brands that are sold as ‘non-alcoholic’ often still contain alcohol (maximum 0.5%). Not at Craft Zero. Whilst halal wine and halal champagne are relatively new products, you can now find such products all over the world today with the quality of 100% alcohol free wines getting better and better. This is because winemakers are far more aware of the demand and harvesting for non alcoholic wines. The process is different; grapes picked earlier and consequently contain less sugar. This means less alcohol is being produced in the fermentation, so less alcohol needs to be removed.
